A local-first daily planner — your work stays on your computer
Days are files you own. No vendor cloud required. Open them forever with ordinary tools.
Markdown on disk
Noteslate writes daily notes you can read in any editor. Back them up with your laptop. Keep them when apps come and go.
Privacy by architecture
Your data doesn’t need to leave the device for Noteslate to work. That’s a stronger guarantee than a privacy-policy paragraph.
Honest browser requirements
Saving to a real folder uses the File System Access API — best on Chromium desktop. You can still try Noteslate in the browser without that.
FAQ
Where is my data stored?
In a folder you choose on your computer, or in the browser if you’re just trying Noteslate. No Noteslate cloud account is required.
Can I export my notes?
Your notes already are files — days you can copy, zip, or open elsewhere.
